who can bring out me from the hell

yesterday i so not hapi again lo.....i feel so scare wif this world...i alwaz think if i come out to work, what will happen to me...........?? i so afraid..no one can understand me eventhough my family....it was hard for me stay at this terrible society... i hate this feeling, alwaz stay in stress life...so stress......
